Nighttime experiences at WDW

Hey Dis-ers,
My wife is going to a wedding on friday night and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions of cool nighttime experiences or tours to do at WDW while I’m solo?
I was already suggested the nighttime animal kingdom tour, but other suggestions would be great.

If you have park tickets, you could do one of the Dessert parties. MK, EP, and HS all have them and give you specialty desserts and seating for the fireworks.

If you don't have park tickets, maybe the hot air balloon over at Disney Springs?

We really enjoyed the Savor the Savannah tour at AK.

I did the Illuminations dessert solo on my last trip and it was great. I was seated with another family, they were awesome! My table was in front by the bar. Perfect way to spend the night.

DH and I have done the DS dessert party. We really liked the Star Wars show, only complaint is that there are no seats.

Experiencing Pandora at night is a must. And won't cost you extra.

We enjoy the entertainment at the Board Walk in the evening, juglers, magicians etc, there's the ESPN Club sports bar and Big River micro brewery, you can see the aerials of Illuminations or just stroll over if you have a hopper.
