Nights in CA for late June/July..weather?

What is the normal weather at night in San Diego and then Anahiem for June 24-July 3rd......this is our first trip to CA and after sweating to death with heat and humidity in WDW in June/July curious about weather (especially in the evenings) in CA? Will we need jackets or sweatshirts? Mostly at night? or during the day? thanks

San Diego can be cloudy and cool any time of the year, so make sure you have sweatshirts or jackets, esp for evenings. You may need them for parts of the day, too, like in the mornings. In Anaheim you won't need them during the day (except for those early morning parking lot tram rides if you'll be using it--for some reason I always get cold on the tram), but once the sun goes down it will cool off a lot so you may need them then. It's a good idea to stash them in a locker for the day.
