Nightly DVC Cash Rate in June/July for HH?

I was wondering --- Does DVC give members a 25% discount in June / July for Hilton Head if the DVC member would like to pay cash for Friday and Saturday nights? I know that DVC typically gives a 25% discount for the DisneyWorld locations if the discount is available. However, I was unsure about the Hilton Head location.

They do, but I think there are only a certain number of rooms available for the cash discount. We are paying cash for this weekend and have the discount for one night, but not the other.....

The only time that we ever stayed at HH, it was on a cash basis and we paid full price for the two nights that we stayed there.

I just made a reservation for Labor Day weekend (I know it's not June or July) and got the member discount on all three of my nights. I guess I'm spoiled by going to HH in the fall and the winter because $165 seemed kind of steep to me but the rack rate is $220 per night for a one bedroom so I'm not complaining!

We paid $308 (or something very close to this) for 2 weeks from now. This was for a Friday night and we booked through MS with the 25% off.

We received the cash rate for a Saturday night in August last year, and have the same rate booked for next month.
