Night of Joy Ticket Question

I bought tickets for this years Night of Joy for my wife, 3 kids, and I. I read a little more about it once buying the tickets and decided I should wait to take my younger 2 kids. I called Disney and was told the ticket were non-refundable and non-transferable. I asked if I could exchange them for MNSSHP tickets, and was told no. As far as I can tell the tickets have no information on them that would link them to me. Has anyone let some one else use their tickets for an even like Night of Joy? Two of the tickets say 3-9 years on the description. I am wondering if Disney would check that since the ticket price is the same for adults and children. I would hate for the tickets to go to waste.

I didn't link them to MDE. Decided I didn't want to go before I even received the tickets and called disney before I received the tickets.
