Night of Joy procedures

I think we are going to end up at MK on a NOJ day, but won't be staying for NOJ. Are the park clearing procedure the same as for MNSSHP? I just want to make sure we are prepared, don't need to use the restroom, etc. Also, for any hard ticket event, how do they handle CS restaurants. Like if you are still eating at 7:00....do you get to finish your meal without being too rushed to get out?

1. Yes, they do that now. But, NoJ starts at 7:30PM.
