As for the ice wine ... I have three words for you: Ice Wine Martini.
And I cannot thank you enough for that picture of the NOLA booth and the travesty they are serving for a cocktail. The original F&W guide posted by WDW on their website said that NOLA would be serving Sazerac, a traditional cocktail that originated in the city back in the 1840s and which is made with absinthe. It's terrifc and really packs a punch if made correctly.
What in the name of all that is good and boozy is a Sazzarazz cocktail? Just typing it makes me want to hurl on my keyboard.

I can't wait to tell Jay that I just saved him more money because there is no way we're ordering purple kool-aid spiked with bourbon.
