Nickelodeon Suites - New Years Eve

Has anyone stayed there for the New Years Eve Annual Slime Drop? Thinking of spending the one night at the hotel to experience it.

JMHO, but we stayed at Nickelodeon in April, and we all thought it was absolutely gross, including all 4 of my children. The room was marginally clean with a toilet that didn't work (even though we called for maintenance 3 times). The people staying there for the most part were questionable (completely disregarding posted rules, despite being politely "reminded" - repeatedly - by the staff...and worse, some hot tub behavior that was to say the least, NOT PG...again, with a total lack of regard for the fact that the place was mainly populated by children).

Never again would I stay there, nor would I recommend it. I don't know about the time period you are inquiring about, but honestly, it wouldn't matter what time of year to me. Just yuck.

Hi, we stayed there in June, it was not bad- room was clean, My GS (5) LOVED the pools/slides- I thought it was a decent place, reasonable price. I was seriously concerned about staying there because we had never stayed off property (either WDW or Universal) but my daughter wanted to stay there, it was totally worth the money- and believe me, we are use to deluxe hotels in Disney, it that's what you are expecting you will be disappointed, it was like a clean/motel standard, but KIDS LOVE THE PLACE.

i second that...just dont do it....the reminder to wear swimmies goes unnoticed by all,... i would have even taken a diaper over what we saw....save yr money and go somewhere else...i also second KIDS LOVE IT...
