Nick Hotel Questions

Hi All

We are planning on spending 3 or 4 nights in Orlando after our cruise. The kids want to visit Universal, etc....We thought we would try the Nicolodeon Hotel; so I was wondering if anyone who has stayed there would chime in and give us some feedback.....Also there seems to be two main areas according to the site map....oasis and lagoon....Is one better than the other and are there specific buildings I should request so as not to be off in the boonies?

Any info is greatly appreciated.....reviews as well good or bad.

I haven't stayed there since 2005, I think. I liked it better when it was the pre-Nick Holiday Inn Family Suites.
