Actually, square-footage-wise, the Polynesian offers the largest standard rooms on Disney property with the Contemporary coming in a very close second.

Spectacular Theming: Polynesian

It's so hard to say which is "nicest" - the deluxes are all stunning in their own ways. That's what makes WDW so great - their is truly a resort to "stun" everyone!

It all depends on what you are looking for. Each of the deluxe hotel has something special that I'm sure someone will argue over.

My absolute favorite resort is the AKL. I will be there again at the end of May....
