Nicest resort hotels in Cozumel?

Does anyone have names of the nicest places in Cozumel? We think we won't do an excursion, but probably go to a hotel and enjoy a resort meal and look around. Any recommendations?

Not sure about hotels..but if you want a great meal, nice beach, local shopping..try Mr. Sancho's.

We went on the recommendation of cruisers from this board and it was fantastic..we can't wait to go back again. Hubby said he could have spent days there..lol.
