This suit was based on interest/fees that were being charged incorrectly.

Oh...I just looked up the class action lawsuit at www.cwdataclaims.com and this one is regarding the stolen info and according to this website, I am part of the lawsuit because I signed up for the free credit monitoring service they offered. Geez, Countrywide

We were involved in one many years ago. Owned a mobile home. It had to do with a certain type of piping used. Well, they came in and replaced all the plumbing in the mobile home for free. Well the guys who did it hooked up the hot water to the toilet in our master bath - boy that was nice for a couple days until they came back out to fix that error. We moved out of it not long after it was replaced. That saved us many $$$$'s.
