People think that given the amount of padding American Footballers are drenched in, there is little cause for injury, unlike Rugby. Not so. It's not unknown (I believe) for American Footballers to suffer very nasty injuries.

My Ravens finally got their first win but barely squeaked by. It will probably be awhile before we get a second as since last year we keep having issues blowing 4th quarter leads. I also really like the Saints and Packers and they are doing pretty well.

Seahawks fan here. (But I also like the Lions, Bills and Eagles). I like to follow players so there are a few other teams I watch because I like the guys. So far it’s looking like a good year.

I'm not Buzzrules, LOL, but I don't like it. Why do they even kick off at all? Just put the ball on the 30 yard line. I'd say 95 % of the games I've watched get it kicked into the end zone and start at the 30. Just boring to me. I wonder what the players think of this?

I'm from Mn. so I like the Vikings. I like to watch the underdogs win and support other teams too.
I guess I just like to watch the games and dont' have any team as a favorite right now.

LOL all during the offseason I was hearing about how this change to the rules was going to result in more actual returns (rather than touchbacks or fair catches) and would make the game more exciting, how each team would have to develop intricate new strategies and it would be so interesting to see how they responded to each other, etc. . . . and now it seems about the same as last season. Oh well, they tried! (I realize it was also supposed to make the game safer, so hopefully it did that, at least!)

I'm looking forward to the Patriots losing to a Pop Warner from Foxborough by 30.
