Next years theme for the Disney Parks.

With the news of "The Magic, The Memories, and You!" is being replaced with a new show, that could only mean that the "Let The Memories Begin" promotion is coming to an end and a new theme is coming to the parks. While it hasn't been officially announced, we could make our guesses on what it's going to be.

The new show is called "Celebrate The Magic", so next years theme will involve the word Magic, it will possibly involve the Fantasyland Expansion, the new ride reserve system, and maybe the new RFID technology in the parks.

With the way little things keep getting cut, and the prices going up, my guess would be "Show me the money"

Oh please, not anything using the dreaded word "MAGIC."

I go to a good number of conferences at WDW, and just about every single #*!@& one uses that #*!@& word in the conference title.

Again and again and again.

"How to put MAGIC back into (insert name of shrinking industry)."
"The MAGIC in the (insert name of business fad du jour)."
"We will make MAGIC despite the (insert adjective describing sick economy)."

So I now pretty much associate that word (whenever used in reference to Disney) as a sign of a complete, utter and staggering lack of creativity.

They just spin it every time they need a new show name, add a small word or two in the middle and Voila!

All I can think of is this:

Disney Executive 1: Another theme is coming to an end, Its time to pull the Lever.
Disney Executive 2: Ok.
*pulls the gigantic lever on the name generating slot machine, casino noises playing as it spins. Before it stops on Magic, the whole thing jams*
Disney Executive 1: What happened!?!
Disney Executive 2: I think broken again.
Disney Executive 1: We will just have to make something out of it.

*Several months latter at a press confrence*
Disney Executive 1: Next Years theme will be "A Wish to Celebrate your Magical Dream and your Even More Magical Memories"!
