This morning I completed ressies for next Thanksgiving at HH -- 13 adults and 6 children (4 generations) in two 2 bedrooms and 3 studios.(Kids are 6yrs. and under.) I'm excited. HH is my home resort, but I've only been there in April and May.
Those of you who have been there for Thanksgiving, can you tell me all about it? How's the weather? Can the kids go crabbing then?
I've heard the resort is redolent with deep fried turkey -- is that a complete dinner that's offered to guests? Dessert, too? How is it? Is it better than ordering from Piggly Wiggly? (I'm sure I won't be cooking, though someone else may be up to the challenge.) Where do they cook the turkeys at the resort?
I'm spending next year's points on this festivity, so tell me if it's worth it. Did anyone else make ressies already?
