Sign ups are now being held for the next round of the pen pal letter & twist exchange. This will cover the months of November, December, and January.
Each month, you will get a Topic of the Month, and a Twist of the Month assigned to you. For the Topic of the Month, it is a subject that you will tell your partner about along with any other info. you wish to write about. Ex. Tell your pen pal about your upcoming holiday plans. And for the Twist of the Month, you will send your pen pal a gift to include with the letter. Ex. Send your pen pal something they can use for their kitchen. Your letter, and twist must be sent together, and will need to send out by the SECOND SATURDAY of each month!
After you have sent off your exchange, you must post of it being sent as soon as it arrives, and as soon as you get your letter/twist. I keep track of all mailings. There is a MANDATORY weekly check in which is open from Mon.-Fri. of each week. This is to ensure that I know you are still around, if anyone has questions for you, you will be able to answer them in a timely manner, .... scan the thread to see if there are questions for you, maybe a message/note from me regarding the exchange, or any other info.
I like to give the topic, and twist of the month for the upcoming month soon after the past months exchange is completed. But that means that everyone needs to follow through, and do your part in following the rules. So if everything works out, everyone should get their pals info. by the start/mid of Oct., and you can start with your November letter/twist.
If you will be away during the exchange period, please let me know so that I know you are not Missing In Action.

I know that the holidays are a busy time of the year for everyone, including myself, but this 3 month round is one of my favorites since I love to celebrate the different holidays!
