As a long time lurker on these boards I have seen many people post their newletters. As of right now DF and I are penciled in for an Oct. 28th Wishes wedding ceremony at the Yacht Club Wedding Gazebo and reception at the Atlantic Dance Hall. I am just waiting to receive our budget back and then get moving on our LOA and room block.

Right now we have started thinking about newletters and save the dates, we want to send them out right after our LOA is signed so that we give people all of the information that they need as soon as possible.

I have seen newletters on here, but unfortuantly they all seem too small to read all of the inforamtion that you included. Could anyone give me some ideas of what to include and for those of you who used the Disney font, where did you get that? Also, did you all send save the dates out with your newsletters? We were thinking we could save some money by cutting the save the dates and just sending the newletters, did anyone do this and if you did do you regret it? Thanks for all of your help!

For our vow renewal next November, we sent out newsletters with our Save the Dates. Some of our guests have never been to WDW, so we figured they would help. We only did a one page front and back this time around, since I had already planned on sending out a bigger one with our holiday cards. We included the following information...

1. Why we were renewing our vows and why at Disney
2. What events we were planning on hosting and when
3. Benefits of staying on property
4. What events would be happening in WDW at that time of year
5. What resorts we had chosen and some general information about them.
6. We also did a Top 10 list reasons of why people should come (we will do different ones for each newsletter)

For Disney fonts, we used Minnie and Mickey, since we coordinated them with our Save the Dates. I did a google search and downloaded them.

I left the photos large, so you might be able to read them. :) If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

BethieTink, thanks so much for sharing that in a larger format! We are going to start working on this at the end of the week and all of the information you said you included is a helpful starting point.
