Newsletter style touring plany thingamwhatsit!

We are touring with a group of ten and I thought it would be nice to hand out a touring plan the night before so everyone knows what we are doing for the day incase they want to dissapear off and do there own thing, also so I dont spend the whole day going 'Everest next' 'Fast pass for Killimanjaro' 'Lunch at 1pm' etc.

Has anyone else done anything like this? I also want to include lists of where the characters are etc. anything else to include?

I have done this for large groups. Once you do it, they will always expect it...just keep that in mind.

Ours was very detailed. I had given one per family unit and it turned out that everyone wants their own!

We.live in the uk and only intend to go once or very rarely our last visit was 1999 so hopefully that won't be a problem! Mine is currently four pages long for each day and I'm getting worried, do you have a copy of yours I could see maybe? I won't copy it as I have already started just looking for inspiration. thanks for your reply

We recently got our group together again for a graduation party over a weekend and printed out written plans for that even. Ours are more like agendas, but I'll see what I can find to show you.
