News on the Inferno Problem! -Sigh of Relief-

Hey everyone! :wizard:

I am coming to you with some good news! I got a reply to my message I sent to the VMK contact link today, and it had some good news in it! I sent a note stating that I entered the Inferno code, and at first it didn't work. However, then it did work but I received the wrong item. I received a one time use inferno instead of the one star unlimited use that it is suppose to be. I also included my code for the Inferno. This one time use is an error for sure. My item apparently will be fixed real soon according to this letter. This is the letter I received from VMK today:

Dear Player,

Thank you for writing VMK regarding your Disney Movie Rewards code(s).

We are experiencing problems with the in-game redemption of these codes.

We are handling the redemption of codes in the order in which they were
received, and will be getting to your request shortly.

Thank you, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your
continued patience in this matter.
 
Thanks for being so on top of this, Shore, it will be a big relief to a lot of players, me included now :)

I am so glad to hear that you got this resolved. Dreams, hang in there. I know you will be glad when you get yours working!

OK, is anyone brave enough to try to redeem a new code for Inferno?:lmao: I'm "sitting on" my points waiting to hear of a successful attempt. ;)
 
The other codes are not working so I wouldn't ;)

If you have a ship code or anything you can use that to test rather than try on an inferno.
 
I agree with JulyGirl. I am going farther to say that I am not going to buy any movies until I know for sure these codes work.
 
I still have some codes which work, and some that do not. Ship codes all work for me no problem. Tree codes work. Nemo codes do not. Pirates codes not working, but Skull Rock codes do. Old Monsters inc doors work too. My Animators Desk codes work, as well as Pirate Wells. But only some of my Waterslide codes work.

A friend of mine just cashed in his Inferno code and got a 1-time use.
 
i just took at look at Disney Monvie Rewards and the inferno was back instock. So i guess they either fixed the problem or they are closeto fixing it so i guess that is kinda good news.:thumbsup2

I don't think it's been down since the first time.
Correct me if I'm wrong.. but I don't remember it being taken off since the codes were being invalid and then the codes gave Single-Use Inferno.

they were never removed. It has been up the entire time.
 
I wouldnt get a code until its confirmed, no problems at all.

well when i checked it last week or Monday dont remember it said out of stock or something like. But i am positive you could not get it but hey i dont know maybe it was a dream lol.
