Newport, RI - Anyone stay at Francis Malbone Inn or Cliffside Inn? Anywhere else?

Planning a trip to Newport RI this summer and both of these looked great. Any feedback is appreciated if anyone has ever stayed there. Or any other suggestions for other hotels/inns would be great. Thanks!

My brother and his wife stayed here on their honeymoon and they loved it. It's within walking distance of lots of things.

We always stay at the Hyatt on Goat Island. It's a very nice hotel and it's within a short walking distance to most shops and restaurants.
