We arrived on Sunday so not sure if there was anyone else in there in-between us. 
Probably we'd both be feeling differently if we'd had rooms in very bad repair - there was a small bit of mould between a couple of tiles in our bathroom and the paintwork was chipped in places too but certainly nothing to be bothered over.
