newer home rentals

Does anyone know of any newer home communities that we can rent a house in? I am familiar with reunion, but there doesn't seem to be too much under 3000.....which is much too high for our family. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Champions Gate, they are building a brand new Lennar community...lots of new homes are done and more going up everyday. They all have pools, it is going to have a water park and restaurant....

We have been looking at Clermont Davenport area. Just watch the map--some of Davenport is pretty south, but then the other area is very close to us192. I guess the big part to look at is the commute to your employment. DH's employer is off of Orange Blossom, but he will only be at the office every couple of months or so (truck driving).

I have found Beazer Rentals has some nice looking family homes for $1600. We aren't moving down for a few years so we have time to look around.

We stay at Windsor Hills. It's very new and the closest rental community to Disney. You might consider looking for a place at windsorhillsofficialrentals The site lists owners and their properties.

Emerald Island and Windsor Hills are good cheaper than reunion but slightly older. As OP says Champions Gate is the new place to be.

Paradise Palms is new. Townhomes and single famlily homes available.
