The whole family will be vacationing at Disney World in Dec. There is a possibility that there will be a baby under 6 months old. Does Disney have any strollers for babies that young or does anybody have any suggestions?

The rental strollers at Disney do not recline. They are more for older children. We took our travel system when we went with our DD who was about 6 months old at the time. We were glad we did. She was still in the carrier and having our stroller with us worked out great!:)

We took our regular Evenflo stoller that has the travel system, but we didn't use the infant carrier, because we used the busses. Our son was 5 months old and it worked great. Nice and cozy for him and it reclines well for naps. I also brought a carrier (like a Bjorn, but not that one) and it was pretty handy on the busses and while we waited in some lines.

On the past 2 trips I have actually seen the rental strollers with an infant basket attachment (like the carrier) I would imagine these are pretty limited and there would be no guarantee you would get one.

My DS is now 6 months and can use a smaller stroller (Mac Quest) no problem so if you want to get something more lightweight the baby will probably be old enough.

I just got back and I took my 2 1/2 month old son. We took his travel system and we did use the carseat we even could take the carseat on most rides.

They do rent infant strollers but like another poster said there may not be that many of them. I'd personally take my own with a young baby cause it will have comforts like changing positions, a sunshade, comfy seat, etc.

Personally I would get a good quality infant chest carrier, my daughter is 6 months now and has loved being in the chest carrier sense she was only a few weeks old. and it would make it much easier and faster when getting on and off rides, you wouldnt have to keep hooking the baby into and out of the stroller.
