Newborn help please

Please help me before I give myself an ulcer!!! My DS is 1 month old and keeps getting congested. Not a runny nose just yuck up there. We have seen dr and they said he is fine, just use Little Noses drops and the nose sucker. DS, his name is Andy, eats well, is pleasant, and uses a pacifier with no problem. When I clean out his nose, he goes hours before I need to do it again. Could it be a sign of a milk allergy? We are currently switching over to Soy by mixing both formulas and the nose seems a little better. Also, we have no pets but my sister who lives with my mom has a rabbit that she lets run free.(Andy has not been near the rabbit, just in same house) Could he be allergic to the animal dander?? And if I put him in the bassinet at night and I fall asleep?? SIDS isnt from stuffy noses right? I know the drs know best but my gut says he is stuffy from the milk or rabbit. And I do have a DD6 so I have done the mom thing before but this is like starting over!!! Any help would be great. Going to go drink some tea and calm my nerves!

how are his poops? usually with a milk allergy, I believe that is affected, (someone correct me if I'm wrong). are they muscousy looking? or normal? how is his belly? gasy, or normal? if both are normal, I'd probably wonder more about dust/regular household allergens.
