newbie with question before renting.

I'm thinking for renting points for early ***. for * days at ***. If I rent points I know I can get the dinning plan, but can I get the platinum plan? I've looked on the Disney site, allears, and this site and can't seem to find an answer, if someone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I have never heard of any one getting that outside of a CRO package booking. It's not a dining plan, it's a vacation package plan so I assume it has to be a package - room + tickets (through CRO not DVC). You can get the Deluxe Dining Plan with a DVC reservation though.

I've never seen anyone ask this question before so maybe someone knows better, but I think it's only a cash package.

Only the 3 DDPS (quick service, Standard and Deluxe) plus the wine add on are currently available to DVCers. The platinum plan is available to cash package guests only.
