Newbie wanting to rent 11/23-28 - Questions regarding renter...

My family and I are wanting to rent a studio/or 1 bed at OKW the week of 11/23-28 (2 ad/2 kids). We found a renter who was available to rent for $13/point, but said that lockoffs or a 2-bed were available. I don't have a problem with the $13, however, I don't want a 2-bed, and have no clue what a lockoff is.

Can anyone tell me what a lockoff is and why studios or 1 bed aren't available?

A 2BR can be "made" of a 1BR + studio, which is a "lock off" (the studio locks off seperately) With a lock off you will have 2 outside/hall doors.

A "Dedicated" 2BR is the other option. These are harder to get at some resorts and aren't available at all at others.

I would say talk to your possible renter/owner again and double check what they meant. Good luck!

Your dates include Thanksgiving so that is why some room types are no longer available.
