Newbie to the food and wine festival. Would love to hear opinions!

We are heading to WDW 10/22-10/29 and are so excited that the f&w festival will be taking place. What is it exactly? Is there entertainment? What do you jusy love about it and what is a do not miss?

My DD's 14, 11 & 11 love the Food & Wine Festival. They just love walking around the countries & tasting all the different things there are to eat. There are many countries represented, not just the ones that are always represented in EPCOT.

I know there is entertainment, usually in the American Pavilion. I am sure as the dates of your trip draw closer they will have the entertainment posted on the Disney website.
