Newbie Qustion

I don't want to call MS unless i have to but,yesterday we recieved our welcome packet,but not our membership cards.Are they generally sent seperately or did they forget to pack them as well.

We got temporary cards in the folder (on the left side with two slots for it) that contain all our documents the week that we bought, and our permanent card came just couple days ago.

Thanks,did you buy from disney or a resale?I think what we recieved the other day was just basic membership info. not our actual welcome packet.Theres nothing in it about our purchase .We closed on 1/29 and was entered into disneys system 2/1.

IIRC our membership cards were mailed separately ( our initial purchase was via resale ). I think you may know this, but just in case, since you are in the system you don't need to wait for the cards to make a reservation.

I'd give it a few more days at least before phoning MS especially with the high volume of calls due to BLT & THV reservations opening today for those owners

I asked MS about that the other day. If you don't get your permanent cards before your trip, you can go to the DVC Sales center at SSR and have them made up.
