Newbie questions about Member Number and Website

I received my blue membership card - the number on it does not work on the website for members only. I received the password but the website also asks for an ID - what number goes there? Is this something that arrives by mail or do I need to call Member Services? Thanks for any insights

You should be able to get the information by calling MS tomorrow. I believe they still mail out that info to members but MS can help you as well. Good luck.

There was a sheet of paper with this number on it in my closing package, as I recall. I called Member Services and they gave it to me, but pointed out I should have had it in my info, and sure enough, I did!
