I am actually rather embarrassed that i don't know the answer to this, but do the Villas have access to room service like the regular rooms? We are staying at VWL, but would be curious about all of them.

Yes, the room service menu is available.

You can also purchase items in the store (like frozen pizza) that you can cook for yourself, provided your villa is at least a 1bedroom.

Room service is available at the DVC properties that are connected to a deluxe resort, but not at the stand-alone DVC properties (SSR & OKW).
