Newbie question - member services

What's the easiest way to get through to member services? It seems that it's often busy early in the day. Is there any advantage from your experiences with using the 800 numbers vs the 407 number? Thanks....

I always use the 800 number that is on the member card. I have never had any huge problem getting through, however, I have been put on hold for a while before a live person picks up.

Good luck on Sunday...sure to be a busy day w/ BLT and THV ressies.

I've always had much better luck with the 407 number than the toll free line. I don't think as many folks know about the 407 number. I've called several times on the 800 number and had it tell me there were 30 minute waits, I've hung up, called the 407 number and been connected in 5 minutes. I would think both numbers would go to the same queue but apparently not.
