Hi guys, I am 4 weeks away from my Disney vacation and was wondering if you guys had any last minute tips or tricks for losing weight quickly! Haha, worth a try right?

Also I'm from the UK so I don't know American foods very well. I'm staying in a condo and was wondering if anyone could suggest any healthy meals/snacks so I don't do too much damage when I'm eating out! Thanks guys!

are you going to WDW or DL?

hows the weight loss going? I don't want to say the obvious and look silly, just i'll just give you the disclaimer that I've never been to the UK so I don't know what might be the same between our homelands.

first thoughts...if you get a salad order the dressing "on the side" as many times it will be served with lots of high-fat dressing.

sharing meals is a great way to stay more on track with your eating, most restaurant portions served are much more than a single portion. If you don't share you can ask for a take-home box when your meal is served and box up the extra portion before you start eating. Can help with overeating

Order wheat pasta whenever you can, white pasta is what is normally served and has little nutrition value and lots of empty calories. Wheat pasta has much more protein and fiber, and in my opinion does not taste much different when mixed with sauce

Americans have a lot of packaged processed food, it can look healthy and even say health, but really be not so good for you. Eat like you would at home with fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc.

My knowledge of Brit foods comes from Garfunkels restaurant and the refectory food at Regent's so I don't know if that is a good example of what that food is like.
