We always stay onsite usually POR, CBR, WL.
We have an older pop up (1989). It is clean and well kept that's why we got it 4 yrs ago but older. It is in excellent condition not only for it's age but for popups in general.
I was thinking about upgrading our tickets to AP's and planning a camping trip for maybe late winter/spring.
My husband is a camping snob since his parent's had 5th wheels or driving ones while he grew up. I think he is not pleased with our older camper since his family constantly traded up. For those that have camped there will our old pop up fit in or are there basically all newer models around the grounds?
The campsite seems spread out and we have a child that currently needs a medical stroller. Are the grounds accessible for strollers or wheelchairs? Will it be easy to get around walking from here to there and is the walking distances acceptable for someone that has walking issues?
What times of years are the best to camp in Fla.? We do not have A/c in the pop up so we don't want it to be too hot or too cold. I'm not worried about the days but more the nights while sleeping.
How are the pools? Is there a quiet pool ? That would be best for our son.
How are the food options?
If camping could work for us I would love to be able to surprise my family with an extra trip.
Thanks for any info.
