Newbie looking to buy, concerned availability won't be at home resort

Hi all- sorry if this has been answered. We are looking to buy into BCV at some point. We love it there and always travel the end of October. If we buy into BCV what is the availability if we call exactly 11 months ahead? Do people run into trouble finding what they want? We need 2 two bedrooms every other years. Thanks for any input.

If you call exactly at your 11 month window you shouldn't have any trouble. If you need a 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds in the second br you have to ask for it since there are only 25 of those. If one isn't available you can waitlist it.

The benefit of buying at your favorite home resort is that you can usually get the room size and category that you want at 11 months. Resorts with a very small number of rooms like Club Level or Value at AKV or standard at BWV, can be more challenging.

You will get your BCV room every time if you call right at eleven months. Don't worry for this resort with home advantage.
