Newbie looking for info on a collectible

Hi. I joined this forum because I am looking for information on a collectable that I purchased and no one can seem to tell me anything about it. Not even the people at Disney World! I'm not sure if I can post a picture or not. If that is possible, would anybody be able to help me figure out what I have?

Welcome to the Dis! In order to post pictures you will need to use a photo sharing website such as Photobucket. Once you upload your photo to the website just copy the IMG link and paste directly onto the thread you create. Hopefully we can be of assistance.
