newbie last minute planning question

Hello!
we are a family four (2 adults, 8yr, 1yr baby) visiting between 26-28 next week. We haven't bought the express pass option yet. Do you think it is necessary because of the crowds? We are planning to do IOA on 26th, US on 27th and open for either on the 28th based on which one we enjoyed more. We will have to do child swap / single rider for some, so not sure if it is worth buying the express pass. any advice from the experts?

It will be VERY busy.
Because of the time of year any available Express passes could potentially be sold out already.
There is only a certain amount available per day.
