I'm not sure how many people actually read these introduction newbie posts, but in any case, I want to introduce myself. My name is Bridgette and I'm a BFA student in my final term. I study fine arts and photography. I've been to Disney World once in 1991 and I vividly remember parts of the magical trip. I can't wait to go back in August with my SO for 5 days, 6 nights. We're staying at the Contemporary Resort. Any pointers for our trip would be very much appreciated (especially for 23 and 24 year olds without any kids ).

I hope your trip is magical. Some fun things to think about doing would be

• the carriage ride offered each evening over at PO Riverside,
• renting a canopy boat from the hotel marina one afternoon with a picnic lunch and just explore Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon
• enjoying a day of golf - regular or miniature
• enjoying the spa at the Grand Floridian or Saratoga Springs
• renting a car and making a day trip to the ocean
• sampling different foods / beverages around the world - showcase, that is at Epcot
• going and exploring another resort to see where you'd like to stay...next time!

Make sure you find out when the fireworks are at MK and eat at the CA Grill, it is on the 15th floor of that resort, request a table around the time you can see the FW from the cat walk/balcony on top of the resort.

Since Pleasure Island is closing down in September, I would make it a point to visit there to at least say you've been. Make sure and spend some time in the Adventurer's Club. Jellyrolls is a blast as well.
