I'm from just outside of Boston. No. It doesn't exist. Even what they try to generalize - if it's coming from a place with "House of Pizza" in it's name will have cheddar or a mix with cheddar - is wrong. I've gotten my pizza's from multiple different places that use "House of Pizza" in the name and not a single one has ever had cheddar. It's always be mozzarella. We get pizza. We don't think much about what geography it comes from other than Sicilian pizza (which I actually grew up calling bakery pizza because it's the kind of pizza bakeries usually had).Tried reading that article and it seems to say Boston pizza doesn't exist, but they are trying to make it up.
