New York/Long Island/NJ Doorway to Dreams Meet 5/16/10

The Long Island Doorway to Dreams location has been open now for about 6 months. It is located in the Roosevelt Field Mall, in Garden City. The Chicago Doorway to Dreams store has held 2 DIS meets already and is holding another this weekend.

I have been contacted by the Long Island Doorway to Dreams store and have been asked to organize the first Long Island D2D DIS Meet. The meet will be held on May 16th, at 9 a.m.

The meets are really a lot of fun and the staff has many surprises and games for everyone, and it also is a way to meet local DIS'ers!

All are welcome and encouraged to attend - current DVC and non-DVC are welcome! This won't be a high pressure sales pitch event, just a good, fun time.

Please let me know if you would like to attend because space is limited due to the size of the store. Thanks and hope you see you there!

Sounds like a blast! I really hope there are more of these as I will be in the throws of moving from Brooklyn, NY to New Jersey!

I will keep looking here for more info

There will be more, they will be doing them every so often so you will definatley get to go to one

Yes, this event is full - I forgot to change the title in this thread. There will be more events like this one, this is just the first.
