Try broadwaybox dot com. they have discounted tix on shows (not sure which one).
if you have a Disney visa, there is code to use when you purchase with that card
The most risky is TKTS the day of the show. you can look to see which shows have been offered historically but there are no guarantees they will be offered that day.
Neither show is ever on TKTS or offers discount codes. Aladdin has seats starting around $70 which is much cheaper than Lion King that starts around $100 or so. Both have same day digital lotteries where, if you win, you can purchase 2 tickets for $30 each, but there's a good chance you won't win.

If you go to the tks web site, it has up to the minute "real time" info. You can see exactly what is being offered at any given minute. The constantly up date the site.
you can try plum benefits too if you or anyone you know has an account. these shows are notorious for not being offered at a discount so if you see something from Disney Visa that may be your best offer so you might want to go with that.
also with discounts it is select days and times, so I would book around that for your week as you may only be able to get a discount on a weekday matinee vs. weekend or evening show.
