Much to my amazement my ex has allowed me to take the kids this coming New Year. Well i thought what better place to spend it the Eurodisney so i have started looking into prices.

Three nights at the Sequoia come in at a not too bad price. However there are no meal options when you go through the booking process. Does this mean that for instance Cafe Mickey is not open..? Also if you have to use the village resturants etc do they bump up the prices around this time of year?.

Also, any idea on flight prices from Luton to CDG..?

Cafe mickey will be open. I think some restaurants will do special menus though. NYE is known to be very busy just to give you a heads up

What you will find is that meal vouchers are not valid for the window you are booking. Voucher use usually ends on something like Dec 20th till Jan 1st. Normal restaurants will not go up in price, but on NYE itself, you have the option of booking a meal in your (or onsite) hotel at around 99¬ for adults. All restaurants will be open though - they just wont be selling the meal vouchers for use in them :-)

with Easyjet in the sale, you're probably looking at around £60 per person return, no hold luggage included. If theres no sale price, probably looking at around £80 per person return and upwards.

WOW E99 for a meal is quite steep even at new years in a hotel restaurant. I don't think i would be at the hotel NYE anyway, probably in the village somewhere.

Hmmm that's not too bad. I would be happy with either of those prices. I nearly always go Eurostar and i thought flying might be a nice option, but then again i have advised in the past to go Eurostar at Christmas just in-case the weather is really bad.

You'll find that 100€ is cheap for a menu on NYE at DLP. NYE like Christmas Eve are big meal occasions for the French.

The restaurants not doing special menus will get booked up very fast so as soon as you are 2 months out you need to be calling especially if you wanted somewhere like CM.

The c/s restaurants in the park that stay open and McDo get mobbed so if you are eating there, think about eating out of normal times.

If you do stay up until midnight for the fireworks, which the past couple of years they have had in both parks and the Village, the best place to see them is standing with your back to SL as you see all 3 displays really well without the crush.:)

Ohhh do you mean by the metal fence Carrie by the lake just infront of the hotel..? Do you think it is still close enough to get a good view through a camcorder as i plan to film it :-) Do you know if the park shuts straight after the fireworks..?
