New Year week weather - DLP

It's very windy and drizzling this morning (27/11)after having rained loads yesterday evening.

Temperature wise looking at 6° today (feel like -1°) but tomorrow we are going to drop hugely down to -temperatures with feel like ones in - double figures.

They forecast -4° (feels like -11°) tomorrow (28/12)morning then 0° (feels like -6°) in the afternoon and -3° (feels like -8°) tomorrow evening. Good thing is it will be dry.

All of next week is going to be like Sunday 28/12 with low and negative temperatures plus the feel like are often very cold due to the wind factor and there is risk of snow on Monday.

Thanks for that, I will make sure I pack my thermals! Snow boots, thermals and thin layers with a coat, hat and gloves should keep us nice and warm.

Well it's cold When we went out to Pret a Manger at 9.45 for a coffee it was -6° and felt a lot colder.

Now it's around 0° and feels like -4° but the sun is out so it doesn't seem that bad.

Will be interesting to see what it does when night falls

Yep we are here now - sat in front of the fire in SQL as we speak. It's SO cold incase anyone else is coming out this week!

Well right now at 9.15 am its' -4° will a feel like of -10° so I hope all those at EMH are well wrapped up. Thankfully the wind is pretty much inexistant. Highest it will get today is 2° but it will feel negative.

This weather is due to last until the weekend or so they say on the tv weather reports.

Well we have a + temperature this morning at 8.15 am - it's 1° feels like -4°

And we will get upto a balmy 3° feeling like 0° in the afternoon.

Well today it's all change as it's warm 6° and wet.

Yesterday was glorious sunshine and blue cloudless skies but it was nippy.

So it looks like the cold spell is over for at least a week if not longer.
