Every month we have a new challenge under the same name.
January-Drinking Water
ETA: Goal can be changed to fit your personal needs (ie January: drink 2 8 ounce glasses a day, 4 12 ounces etc.)

Remember all, it takes 21 days to make a habit of any kind. So we've got seven extra days to overachieve!!!

Ideas so far:
no mindless eating (eating at the desk, vegging out in front of the TV with a bag of Miniatures or chips...)
healthy breakfast every morning
using a small salad plate for meals
parking at the farthest end of the lot
not eating after a certain time
trying a new low calorie recipe once or twice a week
trying one new type of exercise...bonus points for doing 2 for the month
tracking what you on the challenge thread every day
reading a book about healthy habits
adding a little exercise...example: when commercials come on TV, do 20 jumping jacks and 5 push ups
It's the 15th, guys! We're, like, half way through and doing well!!! New challengers, welcome!
