New Year New Quests!

A friend of mine said that they are trying to get rid of all the old quests in DLR to make room for new ones. She said that adventureland quest disappeared.
She kindly gifted me some of the prizes from the Adventureland quest. Thanks again gypsyoffire! ~Spongeblair

A friend of mine said that they are trying to get rid of all the old quests in DLR to make room for new ones. She said that adventureland quest disappeared.

They are doing the same at WDW. There is no more Adventureland Quest and they are giving the left over cards from it out as a gift pack when you complete other quests.

They also have no more tent room cards and if you have a printout for it they MIGHT (official policy is to say the PDF expired) give you a (100) credit card instead.

No more Gold Collection cards either, but the official policy is to just give a (100) credit card instead. This seems unfair as this PDF is still being given for completing the Hidden Mickey hunt and I would be willing to bet you could sell the items from the gold collection for more than 100 credits.

Oh no, I can't believe this. My first trip to WDW is on the 30th of this month- will there be thrill seekers? No animal Kingdom room?? This is so sad for me - but I realize they have to move stuff along. Still, I have not been to WDW since 1976 and there was no VMK then... or Epcot... or much of anything. Sniff.

The AK quest is a newer one so I think it will be around for a while. I think they are re-doing the quests to include new things to look for and to do around the parks.

But the DL 50th Celebration ended, thus no more quest.

Even though I have not heard anything reliable either way I expect the newer quests to still be running. This would include Thrill Seekers, High School Musical, and the new Pirates Quest.

They more than likely decided to stop the Adventureland Quest because there were 2 questions that could no longer be answered due to changes in the park (the number of keys in Pirates). This has also now happened to the WDW Tomorrowland Quest, since it now also has 2 questions that can not be answered (change in the number of Little Green Man on top of a shopping cart).
