It's hard as when I see it going down, I get boost of motivation but when it stay the same - it's very harder to stay on track. And with slow sustainable changes, you get slow results. Weight loss is not linear either, your efforts from this week can show in another week
I guess for me, I have to keep reminding myself that pushing too hard got me nowhere last year and I need steady steps to healthier life
