New WDW theme park - What would yours be like?

If WDW were adding another theme park and asked you to design it. what would you design?

What about an all villian one?

Everything dedicated to all the Disney villians

I'd have a Main Street leading into the park, with a big focal point-maybe a castle or something and then some different themed areas-maybe a wild west area and an area for kids, and one about the future and one just dedicated to Mickey and the other characters...... You can't improve on perfection

I thought about that too. Maybe one side be for heroes and one side for villians. But the more I think about it, it just seems that there may not be enough material to warrant an entire park. But I do know that the area where the pooh playground is (the former site of 20000 leagues under the sea) has plenty of room. It has already been stated that the playground is just something temporary. The room that is left from 20000 leagues is big enough for a ride the size of the Haunted Mansion AND a typical MK dark ride. So I think if they wanted to, they could put a ride in that is just for the Villians.
