New VMK opening page?

Not sure if this is new, or if I haven't been paying attention to it, but when I went to the home page to log in there was a new looking page that showed charactors in different lands chatting with each other. It was very funny to watch and read....(very teenish wording)
Wondered if anyone else noticed it, or am I just behind the times and just saw it!

It is definitely not new, but has been changed from what it was originally.
