New villas at BWV - old sales center

WOW !!! Thanks for the picture CAT !!!!!!!!!!! I was thinking of this building BUT I thought it was to BIG to level. I was trying to picture some small shack that would be leveled. Thank You !!! Now I can easily view it in my mind. I thank you very very mutch................

OK, so that building in red is not the Community Hall? There is another red building? (I've only stayed there once.)

So do people think the new villas will be on the BW ground floor or in that red building shown above?

I'm so confused...

I thought if walking behind first you come to Luna Park, then next section over was Community Hall and quiet pool. There is another open section?

They are going to raze this building that's in the picture.
The community hall is farther down the canal... couple hundred yards away. If you exit the main pool and turn right, you'll come upon this building... If you exit the pool and turn left, you'll be heading for the quiet pool and community hall.
The new BWV rooms are on ground level, on the Boardwalk, in the Crest of the Wave building.

Thanks. So what was the red building used for?

I thought the sales office was on the BW along with the models or no?

I believe the red building was additional office space for the DVC sales department. I didn't buy in person so I don't know where they take you to sign papers.

There are supposed to be 19 new villas, there could only be a max of 4 or 5 facing the boardwalk (depending on if they are 1 bedrooms or studios). I think the rest will be facing the spot where they are are tearing down this building. I don't think they had rooms on the first floor facing that red building.

We bought on site in person and they did take us to an office in that building to complete the paperwork.

I agree - Based on my recollection of the models and space available, most of the new villas will have to be facing the spot formerly occupied by the red office building. I actually think these villas will have very nice views (based on the croquet lawn/garden plans) and will be among the quietest available at BWV.

Best wishes-

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that there was a spreadsheet available that lists all the room numbers/types etc. Can someone tell me where that is?
