New TV Shows - Fall Premiers - Update Your Opinion!

Still loving This is Us and Speechless. Also still enjoy The Good Place. Not quite as good as the other two, but we like it. Those are really the only new shows we started, and we are still watching.
Watched one episode of Matt LeBlancs show, thought it was awful. I do find American Housewife pretty funny, but I can never remember when it's on.

We gave up on Designated Survivor after 2 episodes. It wasn't bad, it was just on the DVR and we didn't feel like watching it. I'm still watching Timeless and Conviction. RE: Conviction, the main character's personality is annoying, but I like the subject matter of the show.

I gave up on Conviction, love American Housewife, still like Timeless and This Is Us. Good Place is done for the season, but I watched all of it, not sure if I will stick with it if it comes back. I tried Speechless, but gave up on it quickly. Hubby likes Blindspot, but so far the whole season is sittting unwatched. Pretty much sticking with my old tried and true shows like Chicago PD, Med, Fire (waiting for Justice), still hanging in with Law and Order SVU, Madame Secretary and all of the NCIS shows. We watched 2 Bulls and then deleted the rest. Got a new tv for Christmas, switching from DVR to Tivo next week . so have to hurry and watch all of the things recorded on the dvrs fast lol.

The first two categories, are a definite watch, the third, I could skip or watch while I also play on my iPad. The fourth, and last, I'm not going to bother to watch again.

Still watching Designated Survivor, mostly because I wanted to love it and because I'm loving Maggie Q in it. Really wanted to love Kiefer in it, but his character is still just too predictable and boring. He needs some inner conflict, some gray areas. Sort of like how Jack Bauer would be forced to push a bad guy too far, but always in the name of saving millions of people.

Kirkland seems to find the perfect answer to everything to quickly, to easily and always right in time for the end of each episode.

Lethal Weapon, Lethal Weapon, Lethal Weapon! Hands down the best new show on TV... Action, Drama, Comedy, Heart. Great chemistry between the two main characters! Obsessed lol

I'm beginning to LOL at Designated Survivor. It's just so RIDICULOUS. Like last night's episode where he's in the middle of dealing with a Ricin threat on the polls, hearing the Assistant Director of the FBI confess to murder in the Oval Office, AND getting paternity test results back...right. That seems plausible.

Is this supposed to be a comedy? Not sure I'll keep watching...I know they need to take dramatic license and all, but this verges on the absurd.
