New Travel DVD for "Memories" promo?

So I've been anxiously awaiting a new Travel DVD. Usually when there's a new promo there is a DVD to go with it, right? Well, this morning I opened my "Disney Vacation Connection" desktop widget and in the 'scrolling ads' I noticed a NEW PIC of the new "Memories" travel DVD!!! I was ecstatic!!! So I immediately clicked the link, and it took me to the SAME OLD, 'celebrations' DVD page!!! WAAAA. Who knows of or when the new one will become available? Obviously, they have designed the cover art for it.....any guesses? Anyone gotten their hands on one yet?

OK, so for everyone anxious like myself....I called and they will ba availabe in the next FEW WEEKS!!

Try again for the new tourism DVD to come out around late December or early Jan.

I am sure WDW wants to show off the new MK area being buildt.
Maybe some new rooms rehabed at the resorts (POFQ, POR, CSR, CBR ?)
New restaurants which were added in EPCOT and the new value resort in 2012 ?

Maybe new spokes poeple need more rehearsing.

WDW now has to complete with Harry Potter World at Universal.

It will be interesting to see if Harry Potter has affected Disney attendance at all. so far, IOA has not

I have the new DVD, it at least has new packaging for the new promotion , with imagery that can be found on the website, I haven't popped it in yet but I think it may be the same show with the memory videos spliced in, and likely new information on Star Tours 2 and the expansion, and maybe just updated info.

Anyone know if the new DVD is out yet?

We just got our new DVD (complete with memories theming) about a week before Christmas.

We JUST watched it yesterday.

It's good, but I've enjoyed past offerings much more.

We watched the WDW, Disney Cruise, and DVC portions. I can answer any questions on those pieces.

We didn't get last years DVD (and I'm not sure about the one before that) but one thing I noticed: They don't have the mini-sections on each specific resort....just one on each resort category. They talk about a couple specific resorts in each category, but not in a lot of detail. Is that new for this year?

The Disney Cruise section has a good sized portion on the Dream, which was interesting.

In the MGM portion, they also talk a bit about the current Star Wars Rehab, and confirm the ride will be in 3-d. I hadn't seen that 100% confirmed anywhere else.

I don't recall anything specific about the Fantasy Land expansion/construction.

So was the Dream all concept drawings or construction shots?

I'm guessing no FLE because they want people to get the DVD and come this year, not wait until 2012.

MOSTLY concept, some construction/constructed, from what I remember. The constructed shots are all interior spaces.

One other tidbit I remembered:

They mention MSEP as being the night time parade at MK. I'm assuming that means it's sticking around MK for awhile longer.

Yup...that's all I did. Right around (maybe just after) Thanksgiving.
