New Top of the World Lounge

I was reading that as part of the new DVC Bay Lake Tower, there is going to be a new top of the world lounge (wasnt there one at the contemporary before?) - at it sounds like it may be used for private events - as the DVC disclosure says it may be unavailable at certain times.

I think this would be an excellent place for a wedding reception - imagine the view for wishes!!
